Are these fixed prices or estimates?
The prices shown are starting prices. The final cost depends on the specific lock type and door, but we always provide a clear, confirmed quote before starting any work. There are no surprises.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. There is no call-out fee - ever. You only pay for the work that is carried out. If the locksmith assesses the job and you decide not to proceed, you owe nothing.
Is the price higher at night or on weekends?
No. Our prices are the same 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays. There is no surcharge for unsociable hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards and bank transfers. Payment is taken only after the work is completed to your satisfaction.
Do you offer discounts for multiple locks?
Yes. If you need several locks changed or installed in one visit, we can offer a competitive rate for the combined work. Just let us know when you call and we will provide a package quote.
Are the lock prices included in the service price?
Yes. Our service prices include a standard British Standard lock and keys. If you want a premium or specialist lock, there may be an additional charge for the hardware, which we will confirm before fitting.
